TBI Business Properties Inc. sells 3,579 m² company complex in Barendrecht

TBI Business properties Inc. has sold its office and business complex on Zweth 2 in Barendrecht to Rotterdam Investment & Development Inc. The complex encompasses 2,891 m2 of office space, 688 m2 of business accommodation and seventy parking spaces on a private plot. Both parties have agreed not to communicate the selling price.  

TBI Business properties is a part of TBI. TBI is a group of enterprises that engage in different aspects of technique, construction and infrastructure. The company complex on Zweth 2 was used by TBI Holdings Inc. daughter company J.P. van Eesteren for years. Last year, TBI Business properties Inc. rented the entire complex to CSU Cleaning Services, a company that provides cleaning and maintenance services. 

Now that Rotterdam Investment & Development Inc. has bought the complex, CSU Cleaning Services will continue to be the only tenant over the next couple of years.
