Technip FMC rents 4,800 sq. m of commercial space in Veenoord

Technip FMC (TFCM), a global player in the field of deep sea, onshore, offshore and surface technologies, has agreed a long-term lease commencing on 1 June 2020 for approximately 4800 sq. m. of office space at Trekkenweg 5 and 5a in Veenoord (near Emmen).

TFMC will be leasing a business complex consisting of 570 sq. m. of office space, 4,200 sq. m. of commercial space and an outside area of approximately 17,000 sq. m. The new property provides more space for the company. The lay-out of the site and the building align better with the company’s primary process allowing for improved service provision based on growing demand from the sector. The site will also be able to facilitate growth of the business process.

This move also ensures that important employment opportunities remain available to residents in the Emmen region.

CBRE Nederland advised TFMC in the search for new commercial space from its offices in Zwolle. The landlord A.G. Beheer B.V. was advised by Groenewold Bedrijfsmakelaars.
