The City of Roosendaal acquires former tax office

The City of Roosendaal has bought the former tax office at Mill Hillplein 1 in Roosendaal from BPF Onroerend Goed Lease en Financieringen B.V. The office building has a floor area of over 8,000 sq. m. and a car park with 104 parking spaces. The City bought this office building with the intention of selling it to Avans University of Applied Sciences after 4 years. Avans University of Applied Sciences will make the building suitable for teaching. The building is located on the edge of the city centre.
