The Office Operators opens a new location on Rokin in Amsterdam

The Office Operators is renting 1,500 sq. m. in De Rijnstroom at Rokin 92 in Amsterdam. The premises are also known as the Hajeniuspand, the ‘grand seigneur’ of Dutch cigar shops. The five floors of this Art Déco building, built in 1914 in the heart of the city centre, host a total of 150 workspaces. The building is located right by the entrance to the North/South metro line, overlooking the escalators of the new Rokin metro station, the tram stop and the new parking garage. The interior, including the lovely monumental staircase, is being fully renovated to combine historic details with a contemporary, deluxe design. This summer, The Office Operators are expected to open their fourth location in the centre of Amsterdam.

The building is owned by a private investor and managed by CBRE. CBRE’s Agency and Development Services team advised the owner on the lease. The Office Operators were advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
