Three new tenants Stadshart Zoetermeer

The owner of shopping centre Stadshart Zoetermeer has agreed on two new lease contracts, one tenant has opted for a long-term extension and enlargement of the current agreement. COACH has signed a long-term lease for approximately 110 sq m of retail space (Promenade 199). Paprika Netherlands has agreed on a new lease contract for approximately 255 sq m (Promenade 203-205). Van Os Lederwaren extended and enlarged the lease. The retailer now occupies a total of 290 sq m (Driekant 209).

Stadshart Zoetermeer is with over 200 shops and restaurants, a cinema and a city theatre the beating heart of Zoetermeer and the greater area. The presence of well-known retailers like Media Markt, Primark, H&M, HEMA and V&D, in combination with small specialised shops offers consumers a balanced branche mix. Due to its central location, within walking distance of various public transport connections and plenty of parking, the heart of the city is easily accessible.

CBRE acted on behalf of the owner during these transactions while MOOT Retail supported the tenants.
