UNGA leases office space at NoMA House, building now fully let

UNGA has signed a long-term lease for approximately 1,500 square meters of office space in the NoMA House building in Zuidas, Amsterdam’s financial and business hub. Now that UNGA has leased the remaining space, NoMA House is fully let. The property has a total area of approximately 14,000 square meters and was completed at the beginning of 2018. The first tenants moved in in April 2018.

UNGA, the creative force behind many supermarket loyalty campaigns, is currently located in a building on Herengracht. It will soon occupy its new home on the first floor of the premium office building at the corner of Gustav Mahlerlaan and Parnassusweg.

NoMA House is located at the heart of the Amsterdam Zuidas district and is surrounded by a variety of food and drink outlets and shops, including Vascobelo and Juizz. The new office property has obtained a BREEAM-NL Outstanding Delivery Certificate. NoMA House is an investment of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund and was developed by Maarsen Groep and Zadelhoff Beheer.

UNGA was advised by Solved in this transaction. The interests of landlord CBRE Global Investors were represented by CBRE, in close collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield.
