UWV leases 4,300 sq m in Amsterdam-West

UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 4,300 sq m of office space and 43 parking places in the Queens Towers complex in Amsterdam. (Wilhelmina Toren, Delflandlaan 1-5). UWV already occupies the Juliana- en Beatrix Toren in the same complex. With this new agreement UWV has the opportunity to merge different parts of the organization at one single location.

Queens Towers consists of three components with a total lettable floor area of approximately 28,000 sq m of office space. The Wilhelmina Toren comprises of a total lettable area of approximately 11,000 sq m of office space, divided by the ground floor and 14 upper floors. Mazars Paardekooper Hofmann is already a tenant in this part of the Queens Towers. With UWV occupying the remaining office space, all 3 components are fully leased.
