UWV moves into Rietveld Offices
In the summer of 2020, UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) will open a new branch in the office building at Rietveld 59 in Apeldoorn. UWV has entered into a lease agreement with landlord Time Equities for more than 3,000 sq. m. in building C of Rietveld Offices, including 50 adjacent ground-level parking spaces. Currently, 25% of the office building is still available – at the start of the letting process, the vacancy level was still 70%.
The offices are now being renovated and modernised, giving the accommodation a fresh look and feel. In the months ahead, both tenant and landlord will be working to upgrade the building’s sustainability to energy label A.
The office building could hardly be easier to reach by car thanks to its location on the Apeldoorn ring road, just a stone’s throw away from the A50. It is also within walking distance of the Apeldoorn Oost station.
