Valad Europe signs lease contract with KPMG for Central Plaza

Valad Europe, the leading diversified real estate investment manager, has let 5,826 sq m of office space to KPMG and Meijburg at Central Plaza in Rotterdam. The long-term lease was signed on behalf of its Valad Netherlands Diversified Partnership (VNDP).

Central Plaza is a 34,548 sq m multi-storey building comprising 10 floors of offices, a shopping centre, casino and underground car park. Located in Rotterdam’s central business district and opposite the Central Station, its other tenants include Coolblue, Holland Casino and Vapiano.
