Van der Garde Buitenleven leases retail space at Bossche Boulevard
A fund managed by Rockspring has agreed on a new, long-term lease with Van der Garde Buitenleven for retail space at the Bossche WoonBoulevard. It concerns approximately 2,000 sq m in Den Bosch (Balkweg 31).
The Bossche Boulevard is part of the PanEuropean Property Fund since 2011. In March 2015, 10,000 sq m will be added to the already existing retail stock. This will result in a total of approximately 50,000 sq m of shopping space. There are still some retail units available for rent in the new part of the shopping mall.
