Various transactions Plein 40-45 Amsterdam

CBRE has acted on behalf of the owner, CBRE Global Investors, in multiple rental transactions that were realized in shopping mall Plein 40-45 in Amsterdam.

5 transactions with a total of 720 sq m were completed.

The new tenants are Schoonenberg Hoorcomfort, Actieknaller, La Chica Mode and Kapsalon Pieter Bas. In addition, Blokker signed for most of the square meters by the establishment of a Big Bazar. Big Bazar is next to Blokker and Bart Smit the third establishment of Blokker in the shopping centre which will open its doors shortly.

The indoor shopping centre of a total of 14,400 m² offers a varied mix of mostly national chains supplemented with local stores.
