Vastint sells multi-let light industrial in Amsterdam
Vastint has sold a light industrial asset in Amsterdam Zuidoost (Schurenbergweg 5-7-9) to Urban Industrial. This complex measures approximately 9,000 sq m and is fully leased to tenant Athlon, Pilkington and KFC.
