Veenman leases 1,725 sq m office space in Rotterdam
Veenman BV and a private investor have agreed on a long-term lease for office space in Rotterdam (Linatebaan 101). The object comprises approximately 1,725 sq m of office space and 63 parking spaces in the underlying parking garage. Veenman will use the premises as its headquarters.
On behalf of Veenman, CBRE formulated the Programme of Requirements and conducted an extensive location analysis. The real estate advisor was also responsible for the commercial negotiations. Colliers International supported the landlord.
