Vesting Finance Incasso leases in Atrium Almere

Vesting Finance Incasso has signed a long-term lease agreement with a private investor for office space in Almere.

The agreement concerns an office floor of about 1,100 sqm in the Atrium building at the Louis Armstrongweg 54 in Almere. The agreement includes an additional 25 parking spaces on site.

The Atrium Building, owned by a private investor, is located near the train station Almere Muziekwijk with various amenities within walking distance.

Spread over two office floors approximately 2,000 sq m is still available for rent.
