Wendy Verschoor joins CBRE

Wendy Verschoor, Chairman of RICS Nederland, makes the successful move to CBRE from Arcadis. From the 1st of May she starts as Executive Director Client Care & Development and she will also be a member of the Dutch Board. Wendy announced the news at the RICS gala on 30 March in Utrecht. 

Verschoor is now employed at Arcadis, in the Executive Board as director Buildings Europe North. Before that, she spent several years at PwC, as director real estate advisory. As a result of her interest and passion for real estate she also holds several functions. Since 2012 she is Chairman of RICS in the Netherlands and Wendy teaches at TIAS School for business and society and the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

The Board of CBRE in the Netherlands further consists of Marco Hekman, Irene Flotman, Rudolf de Boer and Robert Lodder.
