Westpoort Vastgoed sells office at K.P. van der Mandelelaan 130

Westpoort Vastgoed has sold the office building at K.P. van der Mandelelaan 130 in Rotterdam to a regional investor. The office has been leased under a long-term contract to Vitol, with a floorspace of approximately 2,850 sq. m. and 118 parking spaces.

The property was built in 2009 and is located at the Brainpark business park along the A16 (Rotterdam - Antwerp) and close to the A20 (The Hague - Utrecht). The park includes a hotel and other businesses such as KOOTprofessionals, VNOM and Cycle Link Europe. The centre of Rotterdam can be reached by car within five minutes and the airport is ten minutes away.

Westpoort Vastgoed is an investor, developer and manager of a commercial real estate portfolio made up of offices, shops, business accommodation and large-scale and out-of-town trading locations. Westpoort Vastgoed also represents the interests of the Roobol family's property portfolio.
