Willem Rodermond joins CBRE's Valuation Advisory team in The Netherlands
Willem Rodermond has been appointed as Senior Director in the CBRE Valuation Advisory team in The Netherlands. He will concentrate on business development and will lead a team that provides valuations and advice principally to private equity clients.
Before his hire at CBRE, Willem spent 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield in The Netherlands, where he became a Partner and headed up the Valuation team. He has built up extensive experience of loan security valuations, due diligence valuations for acquisition and business related property valuations. He was also responsible for performance measurement of real estate across all sectors for a large group of national and international clients.
The team of 28 values for a wide range of national and international clients, including banks, (stock market listed) funds, institutional investors, residential housing corporations and multinationals.
Willem is also qualified as a CIS Hypzert valuer, allowing him to provide Pfandbrief banks with Mortgage Lending Valuations.
