William Schrikker Groep leases in Amsterdam Zuidoost

William Schrikker Groep and Cortona have signed a new long-term lease agreement for office space in Amsterdam Zuidoost.

The agreement concerns approximately 3,300 sq m of office space in Building 101 (Bijlmerdreef 101). With this transaction approximately 2,200 sq m is still available for rent.

Building 101 is located near shopping centre Amsterdamse Poort and Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena station. The building served as a district office for a long time and has been completely renovated by the owner after a period of vacancy.
