Woonhave acquires residential complexes from Van der Vorm Vastgoed

Woonhave N.V. and Van der Vorm Vastgoed B.V. have reached agreement on a transaction concerning 8 housing complexes existing of a total of 832 apartments. A purchase price has not been disclosed by the involved parties. The residential complexes are situated in Rotterdam (Meidoornhoek and Dumasstraat), Maassluis (Vliethof), Capelle a/d IJssel (Koperwiek and Duikerlaan), Zwijndrecht (Idenburgplein), Dordrecht (Loudonstraat) and Delft (Arthur van Schendelplein) and this fits perfectly in the strategy of Woonhave that focuses on investments in good and affordable housing in growth regions with good infrastructure.

Woonhave was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff and De Mik Makelaars, Hofstede, Geelhoed and Orgatech.
CBRE acted on behalf of Van der Vorm Vastgoed who was also advised by technical and fiscal advisors IOB and EY. Houthoff Buruma was involved as legal advisor.
