WPC Amsterdam Nominees 1-3 has sold the office building at Weesperstraat 420 – 446 in Amsterdam to LaSalle Investment Management Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH.

The building has a total lettable floor area of 7,418 sq m and 101 parking spaces, situated in an underground parking garage. The property is fully leased to the Municipality of Amsterdam on a long-term base. A purchase price was not disclosed.

This prime office building was constructed in 1994. It comprises a basement, ground floor and eight upper floors.
