Xior Student Housing acquires campus in Leiden
Xior Student Housing NV has purchased the Campus Verbeekstraat student complex in Leiden. The student campus, which consists of 134 independent units, is near to the Leiden Bio Science Park. The vendor is Reggestaete Maarssen BV, part of the Reggeborgh Group.
Campus Verbeekstraat has 134 independent furnished units (complete with floor coverings and curtains) in Leiden, at Verbeekstraat and Plesmanlaan. The campus has two communal roof terraces, a common meeting area, a laundry, clothes drying facilities, and two lockable bicycle shelters. In addition, there are 107 parking facilities and 42 external storage units. In 2016, the complex was renovated and converted into residences with amenities for students. It has been fully let.

The building is situated in a prime location, opposite the prestigious Leiden Bio Science Park, where the University, the Leiden University of Applied Sciences and various other institutions are located. There are bus stops right next to Campus Verbeekstraat, and the site is within cycling distance of Leiden Central Station.
