YD World leases Keizersgracht 119 Amsterdam

YD World has signed a multi-annual agreement with Canal View - represented by Bouwfonds REIM.

Bouwfonds REIM is involved as an asset manager on behalf of the owner. The lease agreement covers approximately 850 m² of office space in the centre of Amsterdam (Keizersgracht 119). The office serves as headquarters of YD World, the holding of YD Amsterdam, YD Berlin and YD Madrid.

YD World is a leading real-time media agency in Europe in the field of audience targeting and display advertising and was declared as up-and-coming talent by Het Financieele Dagblad in the beginning of December 2011.

CBRE acted on behalf of the owner and is also responsible for the property management of the building. The tenant was advised by Eurostone Real Estate.
