Zicht B.V. extends lease on office accommodation in Capelle aan den IJssel
Zicht BV, a risk and insurance consultant, and Maatschap Walvis Vastgoed have agreed an extension to the lease of office space in Capelle aan den IJssel. The deal involves around 1,300 sq. m. of office accommodation and 80 parking spaces at the Rivium Quadrant 241.
The offices are based in the ‘De Walvis’ building, at the heart of Rotterdam and overlooking the Brienenoord Bridge. Thanks to its location on the A16, it is easily accessible by car. It also offers good public transport connections, with metro station Capelsebrug within walking distance. Rivium also has its own parking shuttle.
Following this agreement, approximately 400 sq. m. of accommodation remains available to let on the ground floor and around 445 sq. m. on the first floor.
