CBRE Utrecht moves into innovative WTC building offices

CBRE Utrecht’s team is scheduled to move into the new WTC Utrecht building. From 8 October, the Hojel City Center team will move to the 16th floor of the eye-catching office building at Jaarbeursplein, right next to Utrecht Central Station.

The new offices for the CBRE team include a larger number of workstations than currently available. The WTC office includes many elements specific to The CORE, a future CBRE branch in Amsterdam scheduled for completion at a later date. The CORE provides an open structure with few internal partitions. The design of the new office will promote and facilitate collaboration and boost entrepreneurship. CBRE teams in different regions will be working according to this philosophy.

The CBRE Utrecht team has experts in every real estate discipline to provide landlords and end users with optimum property and housing services. The team has thorough market knowledge of the Central Business District and other business locations in the city and the region.

WTC Utrecht comprises approximately 29,000 sq. m. of office space spread across nineteen floors with both fixed and flexible office workplaces. The building offers high-quality provisions and facilities accessible to both tenants and others, such as bars and restaurants, a fully-staffed reception desk, a bicycle shelter, rental bikes, a company restaurant and a meeting centre on the lower four floors.
