Cabot leases warehouse in Hapert
Cabot Properties has concluded a long-term lease agreement with Deonet for a warehouse of approx. 8,000 m² at Smaragdweg 40 in Hapert.
Cabot Properties, an international private equity firm that focuses exclusively on industrial real estate, leases the entire building to Deonet, a Dutch manufacturer of promotional products. The business space is located in the Kempisch business park and has a total floor area of approximately 8,000 m². The Kempisch business park is located in the economic heart of Southeast Brabant with excellent connections to international logistics hotspots.
Cabot Properties was commercially assisted by CBRE in collaboration with Savills. Buren provided legal assistance.
