De Key sells Bog Portfolio in Amsterdam

Woonstichting De Key has sold a portfolio including 48 business properties in Amsterdam to a private Dutch investor. The portfolio consists of commercial spaces, retail properties and restaurants in several Amsterdam districts including the city centre, West and Zuid (South). The portfolio has an occupancy rate of approximately 96%.

Woonstichting De Key is a social housing corporation with over 37,000 rental units in Amsterdam, Diemen and Zandvoort. De Key plans to invest the proceeds from the sale in social housing units for starters in the housing market within the Amsterdam A-10 ring.

CBRE advised seller De Key in this transaction and 1530 Real Estate advised the buyer.
