FNV to move into the Trivium building in Amsterdam in early 2017

Dutch Trade Union Confederation FNV and Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance B.V. have signed a multi-year lease for office space in Amsterdam for one of their clients.The contract includes approximately 3,800 sq. m. of office space in Trivium’s low-rise building on Derkinderenstraat 2-8 in Amsterdam. The Netherlands’ largest union will be leasing the entire low-rise building per 1 January 2017.

Trivium is located in Amsterdam West, near the A10 ring road and within walking distance of Lelylaan train station. The low-rise features its own entrance and the interior of the building has been renovated recently. Independent tenant advisor Solved advised tenant FNV during this transaction.

Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance was advised by CBRE and commercial property agent P van de Bosch during this transaction.
