L’Oréal opens second branch of NYX Professional Makeup in Rotterdam
In Rotterdam, L’Oréal is opening its second NYX Professional Makeup store, its newest retail formula. Lijnbaan 85, the city’s premier shopping street, is set to be the address of choice for beauty aficionados and make-up artists looking for professional make-up and beauty products.
To secure the premises, the French consumer brand agreed a long-term lease with an institutional investor on 7 April 2017. The lease covers approximately 132 sq.m. of retail space on the ground floor, 130 sq.m. in the basement and 13 sq.m. on the mezzanine floor.
The brand takes its name from the Greek goddess who symbolised beauty and strength. NYX Professional Makeup is now available from a range of retailers in 70 countries and via the webshop.
During the transaction, the landlord was advised by Jacobs van der Meij Real Estate. CBRE is acting exclusively on behalf of NYX Professional Makeup.
