Ruitenburg adviseurs & accountants and EBPF Holdings 2 B.V., with Aberdeen Asset Management PLC as asset manager, have signed a long-term lease contract for approx. 1,011 sq m of office space on the 4th floor of the iBuilding in The Hague. 25 parking spaces are also part of the contract.
The iBuilding is centrally located to the major cities in the Randstad, airport and most important highways. The scope and depth of the column-free floors in the building are perfectly suitable for innovative workplace concepts.
