The Square58 office property at Wisselwerking 58 in Diemen has been fully renovated.
The building was completed in September. An important part of the renovation work was the modernization of the foyer. The office spaces were also updated, a brand-new outdoor terrace was designed for building users and plants, and seating areas have been added near the front of the building.
The building has a total surface area of 19,387 sq. m. of office space, intended for multi-tenant use. CBRE’s Development Services team (Construction Management) was involved in the renovation. The landlord for the property is ARC Real Estate Partners.
Square58 is located between several large companies such as Manpower Group, Randstad and International Card Services. Various catering and shopping facilities are located on Campus Diemen Zuid.
CBRE and Savills are responsible for the lease of space at Square58. Approximately 3,565 sq. m. of office space is still available for rent.
