SRK Rechtsbijstand leases 6,500 sq m in Zoetermeer
SRK Rechtsbijstand has leased approximately 6.500 sq m of office space and 180 parking spaces in the Lightline building in Zoetermeer (Houtsingel).
SRK, founded in 1965, has been accommodated in the Kristal Kantoren in Zoetermeer (Bredewater 12). Because of the transition that SRK is currently experiencing they were lookinf for a building that would fit best with the new way of working. The Lightline building has large floors and despite the fact that it is a multi-tenant building, SRK has a seperate entrance to its disposal. The location next to the A12 will provide visibility and enhance brand recognition for SRK.
Lightline comprises of approximately 16,000 sq m and with this transaction the building is fully let. Other tenants in the building are Ortec, Pensioenfonds voor de Horeca and Hoens & Souren Advocaten.
