The city of Delft leases 5,175 sq.m. of office space to TOPDesk Netherlands

The City of Delft and TOPDesk Netherlands have signed a multi-year lease for approximately 5,175 sq. m. of office space and associated parking spaces at Westlandseweg 40, Delft. The building, which is named ‘de Rode Haan’ (The Red Rooster), was built in 2006 and is currently undergoing large-scale renovations. A multi-year lease extension has also been agreed with XVR Simulation for 760 sq. m. of office space. The building now has approximately 760 m² available for lease.

De Rode Haan used to house offices for the UWV Employee Insurance Agency and the City of Delft. The offices are located above the Delft fire station, in a prime location at the edge of the historic city centre and within walking distance of Delft train station. The A4 and A13 motorways are also close by.

TOPdesk was advised by Rockstone. CBRE worked with Bjornd Makelaardij to represent the interests of the City of Delft.
