Valad acquires 22,778 sq m landmark Rotterdam office

Valad Europe has acquired the 22,778 sq m Victoria office building on Fascinatio Boulevard 200 in Rotterdam on behalf of its Valad Netherlands Diversified Partnership (VNDP). Victoria is a landmark asset, comprising two connected 10-storey office buildings comprising 22,778 sq m of office space and 478 car parking spaces. Built in 2008 and designed by architect, Marcel van der Schalk, it is a modern, prestigious asset in a prominent location on the A16 motorway. It is currently let to Refresco, a leading European soft drinks bottler, and Towers Watson, the leading global professional services firm.
