ANT Trust & Corporate Services leases 950 sq m in Rotterdam

CBRE Global Investors and ANT Trust & Corporate Services have signed a long-term extension of the lease agreement.

The renewed contract covers approximately 950 sq m of office space in Weenatoren Rotterdam (Weena 327-329) and 12 parking spaces.

CBRE Agency acted on behalf of tenant ANT Trust & Corporate Services. Weenatoren is an investment of CBRE Dutch Office Fund, a non-listed property fund of CBRE Global Investors (www.dutchofficefund.nl).
