Carrier Transicold extends lease agreement

Carrier Transicold Nederland, part of United Technologies Corporation, has signed a long-term lease extension with IMC Real Estate.

The agreement concerns approximately 4,630 sq m of business premises and approximately 1,420 sq m of office space at business park Rotterdam Noord-West (Pittsburghstraat 21).
The agreement includes an overall upgrade of the building.

A multidiscplinary team of CBRE has advised Carrier Transicold Nederland. The team was responsible for consult and commercial negotiations, building comparisons and initial recommendations on the renovation.
