Inholland Amstelveen extends its lease

Inholland Amstelveen has extended the lease for its location at Professor J.H. Bavincklaan 7-9 in Amstelveen. An agreement has been reached with the lessor of the De Bavinck building for a long-term extension of the lease for the 2,726 sq m space.

The building is situated in the Kronenburg office park in Amstelveen, on the outskirts of Amsterdam. As such, it is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

CBRE acted on behalf of the leasing party. REDEPT acted as the advisor to Inholland in the renegotiation process.
