IOM leases in Carnegie building The Hague

IOM, the International Organization for Migration, has signed a new lease agreement with Staalbankiers for office space in The Hague.

The agreement covers approximately 600 m² in the Carnegie office building located at Carnegielaan 4-14. The building is opposite the Vredespaleis right in the embassy area of ​​The Hague.

CBRE has advised IOM on the acquisition of the office and was responsible for the spatial and technical analysis and testfit. Hulshof Makelaars promoted the interests of landlord Staalbankiers in cooperation with COG Makelaars.
