Netherlands First in Roll-Out of Pan-European Property Management Software

The Netherlands CBRE office are the first country to 'go live' with the new pan European property and asset management system, Yardi.

The Yardi system provides fully comprehensive capabilities in property and asset management including all financial transactions.
The last four months have seen phase one of the project concentrating on the first 3 key countries, Netherlands, France and Spain.
The project will see at the end of 2009 all major European countries 'go live' on Yardi, giving a true European property and management system service to CBRE clients.

The system enables CB Richard Ellis to manage our clients properties in multiple countries across Europe on one system. This means that all the financial data is treated in the same way and our clients can gain access to their data via the web. The system can also link directly into the clients investment management programmes allowing our clients greatly enhanced access to their data. This system forms the base capability for a major expansion of this business line in 2009
Enormous commitment and effort has been provided from each country to get the project to the level and success it is in this short time.
The project has been steered by Nigel Biggs the Head of European Property and Management and managed by Martin Rowe the European Systems Manager.
Thanks to Cees Baas, who has been supported by Astrid van der Vecht and Rick Veken, the Netherlands is the first country to go live with the system.
