Nysingh extends lease Zwolle office

Nysingh Advocaten - Notarissen has signed a long-term lease extension with Chalet Group.

The extension covers approximately 2,800 m² of office space and 65 parking spaces at the Burgermeester Roelenweg 11 in Zwolle. Nysingh Advocaten - Notarissen is the only tenant in the building.

Nysingh provides notarial and legal solutions for governments, businesses and institutions, and was voted the best office in the Netherlands this year by Incompany. Besides a branch in Zwolle, the lawyers and notaries also work from offices in Arnhem and Apeldoorn.

CBRE Agency and Building Consultancy & Workplace acted on behalf of Nysingh in this transaction. DTZ Property Management represented the landlord.
