Schroder Investment Management leases in WTC Amsterdam

Schroder Investment Management Benelux (Schroders) has agreed on a long-term lease agreement with Maatschap World Trade Center Amsterdam for approximately 660 m² of office space in World Trade Center (WTC) Amsterdam (Strawinskylaan 521).

With this transaction the vacancy in WTC Amsterdam has been further reduced to 2.25%.

World Trade Center Amsterdam is a commercial business center at the Zuidas, the commercial and economic heart of Amsterdam, with more than 125,000 m² of office space. At this moment there is approximately 2,600 sqm still available for rent, from 27 sqm on. More than 300 companies from 30 different nationalities are located here. There are several facilities in the building such as shops, restaurants, a travel agency, post office and a dental office.
