Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance sells 2 office buildings and parking garage in Leusden

Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance reached agreement with Moor Park Capital Partners acting on behalf of American Realty Capital Global Trust on the sale of two office buildings and an adjacent separate parking garage in Leusden.

The objects are located at business park De Horst (Storkstraat 8-10, 12 en 14) and comprise a total of 17,675 sq m lettable office space. The complex is fully let on a long term lease to Achmea Interne Diensten, a component of the largest insurance company in the Netherlands.

Storkstraat 8-10 comprises approx. 8,090 sq m of office space and 84 parking spaces and Storkstraat 12 comprises approx. 9,585 sq m and 85 parking spaces. The adjacent building at Storkstraat 14 offers parking facility for 359 cars, bringing the total to 528. The Storkstraat is characterized by its excellent accessibility, the business park is situated directly next to the A28 exit, which offers a good connection to the A1, A2 and A12 motorways. Two bus stations are located within walking distance from the property, enabling good connectivity to the lively city centre of Amersfoort and its railway station.
