The Office Operators (TOO) has signed a multi-year lease contract with Commerz Real for the lease of 1,600 sq m of office space in the Millennium Tower in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. In this new work place TOO will offer, next to full-service offices, also flexible workstations, meeting rooms and so-called virtual offices.The Millennium Tower is located in Amsterdam Sloterdijk.
With its 98 meters and 26 floors the tower belongs to the ten tallest buildings in the capital. Reed Elsevier occupies 20,000 sq m of the 39,000 sqm of office space in the building. The Millennium Tower is very good accessible by car (A10 / A5) and public transport (Station Amsterdam Sloterdijk).
With the new tenant the building will have a more multi-tenant character. The owner has renewed the entrance completely, in which TOO will offer the reception services. In addition, the owner realized new facilities like a coffee corner and a new gym for all tenants in the building.
