ThiemeMeulenhoff leases 7,330 m² of office space in Amersfoort

ThiemeMeulenhoff and ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer recently signed a long-term lease for approximately 7,330 m² of office space and ancillary parking spaces in the Mondriaan office building (Smallepad 30 in Amersfoort).

In September 2009 ThiemeMeulenhoff joined hands with three publishing houses. The next step will be the central positioning of these business units at Mondriaan.

The building was constructed in 2005 and has been used by the owner ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer. In mid-2010 it will be transferred to the new lessee. The office space is centrally located and at a stone’s throw from Amersfoort’s Central Station.

CB Richard Ellis has been advising ThiemeMeulenhoff during lease preparations. In doing so CBRE has been working closely together with subsidiary Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs who have been responsible for the schedule of requirements, advice on accommodation and interior design. The owner and lessor ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer received advice from Meeùs Bedrijfshuisvesting.
