Van Lier opens 9th and 10th store in the Netherlands

Van Lier, the Dutch manufacturer of modern men's shoes with surprising collections, recently opened two new stores.

By doing this Van Lier - expansive since three years - opened its 9th and 10th store in the Netherlands.

In 2011, shops in Eindhoven, Haarlem, Breda and Nijmegen were opened and the last two late last year. In Nijmegen, Van Lier signed a lease agreement with a private investor for approximately 100 m² on the Broerstraat 24, the A1 shopping street in the center of the city. The owner was advised by Bettings O.G.

In Breda a lease agreement was signed with a private investor for approximately 100 m² of retail space (Eindstraat 8).

CBRE is the exclusive retail real estate adviser of Van Lier and will continue looking for retail space at A1 locations in the larger cities.
