5,400 sq m of retail space rented in Marikenstraat Nijmegen

Generali Real Estate Investments, Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance and MN have realised 9 new lease contracts and extensions for a total of approximately 5,400 sq m of retail space in the Marikenstraat in Nijmegen. 

The retailers that have signed a new agreement or extended their current contract are: Dekker van de Vegt Nijmegen, Hugo Boss and Hugo Boss Accessoires, Jack & Jones, Vila, Bever Zwerfsport, Parfumerie Douglas, Open 32, Sengers Schoenen, Mexx Holding Netherlands, A.S. Watson and New Dutch Streetfood.

The Marikenstraat exists of 47 stores divided over 2 shopping levels. The architecture, the varied mix of retailers and the location in the city centre of Nijmegen, make it a unique shopping street. With these contracts, the Marikenstraat lays a solid foundation for the future.

CBRE acted on behalf of the owners and is also responsible for the shopping centre management of the Marikenstraat.
