BCN opens new location in Zwolle

ASR real estate’s Dutch Mobility Office fund is delighted to welcome BCN as new tenant of its Schellepoort building in Zwolle. BCN has signed a lease agreement for 2,825 sq. m. of office space. ProRail has also decided to extend its stay at Schellepoort but, having optimised its layout, it will need fewer square metres. Between BCN and ProRail, the building is now fully let for the long term.

The office space will be thoroughly renovated in line with BCN’s programme of requirements and ProRail’s new workplace concept. The entrance will also be fully adapted and sustainability gains will be made by means of improvements such as energy-efficient lighting. BCN plans to refurbish the location as a top quality multifunctional space, with state-of-the-art technology and catering throughout. Its offices will host courses, training courses, meetings and a range of other activities. During the renovations, ProRail will move to temporary accommodation at Zuiderzeelaan 53 in Zwolle. Both parties will move in as soon as the renovation work is completed.

Easy access is a feature of the building, thanks to its location directly opposite the south entrance to Zwolle Central Station and its underground parking garage.
