CBRE boosts Eindhoven team
Recent additions to CBRE’s multidisciplinary Eindhoven-based team include Robert van der Sommen as the new Associate Director of the Advisory & Transaction Services Agency Offices and Bart Eerden as a new consultant.
Robert van der Sommen joins CBRE from JLL Eindhoven, where he worked as the Associate Director of the Tenant Representation & Agency Offices team. Robert has over ten years of experience in commercial property sales and leasing, with a specialisation in office buildings. He has previously held positions such as senior advisor for Cushman & Wakefield.
Bart Eerden previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield Eindhoven. He has more than three years of experience in sales and leasing of office space in the southern part of the Netherlands.
The Eindhoven region has the strongest growing economy in the Netherlands. There are many opportunities in this part of the country. With the addition of Robert and Bart, the team is able to meet the growing market demand and give our integrated services a quality boost.
