CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services secures ISAE 3402 Type II

The CBRE Nederland Valuation & Advisory Services team recently brought its ISAE 3402 Type II project to a successful conclusion. The audit was conducted by KPMG over a one-year period. The ISAE report demonstrates that CBRE has applied the processes and management measures described in the report throughout the period concerned.

The audit for ISAE 3402 Type II involved investigating how the Valuation & Advisory Services team manages its processes. In addition, risk management and information security were important factors. The audit of CBRE resulted in an assurance report demonstrating that internal processes were just as described in the ISAE report throughout the period.

High quality standard
