CBRE Zwolle expands team further

The CBRE Zwolle team has expanded with the arrival of Evert Breeman as a new regional specialist. The growth is a direct result of the increasing demand for property advice in the Northeast Netherlands.

Evert Breeman joined the team this month as an Advisory & Transaction Services Consultant. He made the move from the KroeseTempert Bedrijfsmakelaars agency in Zwolle, where he became thoroughly familiar with the region by mediating in the sale and lease of commercial real estate. At CBRE, he will be responsible for leasing office space.

CBRE Zwolle advises clients in the Northeast Netherlands on their real estate and office space needs. Evert’s arrival gives us a six-strong team, including four regional specialists who work closely with experts from the various real estate disciplines within CBRE.

“There’s an increasing demand for specialised real estate advice in the Northeast Netherlands," says Alwin Rijpstra, Associate Director of CBRE Zwolle. “The trend we observed last year in our market report continues: the supply of office space is decreasing, while the space that is available often falls short of users’ wishes. We see that the positioning – and repositioning – of office properties is currently a significant factor for many owners. For example, how do you deal with sustainability, flexible working concepts and rising standards in terms of quality and user experience? Evert’s arrival makes us even better able to provide tailored advice to a larger group of customers, in collaboration with our specialists.”

CBRE is headquartered in Amsterdam and has several regional offices which provide national coverage. The real estate consultant also has locations in The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven.

CBRE Zwolle has published an extensive market analysis of the cities of Apeldoorn, Deventer and Zwolle. The full report can be downloaded here.
