First Sponsor buys Meerparc in Amsterdam from a.s.r. reim

Meerparc

First Sponsor Group Limited, a Singaporean listed institutional investor, has bought Meerparc in Amsterdam from A.S.R. Property Fund, an a.s.r. reim fund.

Meerparc, designed by Wim ter Braak BNA & Partners Architekten, is located at Amstelveenseweg 638-730. It comprises approximately 12,200 sq. m. of office space, most of which is leased to law firm DLA Piper, and approximately 4,600 sq. m. of industrial space, which is located on the ground floor.

CBRE and Dentons supervised a.s.r. reim during this transaction. JLL, Nauta Dutilh and Loyens & Loeff supervised First Sponsor during the purchase.
